Once your vehicle has arrived in its destination city, our Dispatch Representatives will contact you to arrange a convenient time for Hansen’s to deliver your vehicle to your door or the location of your choice.
2. Pay online
Click “Pay” below and enter your Order # which can be found in your quotation email or as provided to you by one of our Customer Service Representatives. Add the destination city for your shipment and you will be asked for your payment information.
Click “Vehicle Tracking” below to track the location of your vehicle while in transit. Ensure you have your Order # and destination city information on hand. Vehicle tracking is updated every 5 minutes, while on a Hansen’s truck and daily while on rail. (cellular signal permitting).
