MAIRE (MYRA) CAMPBELL September 12, 1943 - September 7, 2012 It is with the saddest of hearts that we announce the loss of our beautiful, beloved mother Maire. Wife of Peter Campbell and loving "Moy" to Peter, Sharon Doran (Jamie), Martin (Kim) and Brenda James (Roger). Most devoted and cherished Grandma to Aidan, Caitlin, Kieran, Brendan and Keagan. Born in Belfast to Seamus and Bridget Wylie, she is survived by her siblings Theresa, Brighid, Cormac, Brian and Sean. Predeceased by her brother Seamus and sister Sheila. She will also be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and extended family in both Canada and Ireland. Our lovely, glamorous mother always radiated joy and had a profound influence on the happiness of others. Maire loved everything Irish. Besides spending time with her family, she especially loved her Gaelic classes, spending time with her friends in The Durham Irish Association and attending the many events within the Toronto Irish community. She also loved hockey, whether watching her Toronto Maple Leafs or sitting rinkside at one of her grandsons' games. Maire was much loved and adored by her second family at Hansen's Forwarding where she enjoyed working for many years. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Hansen family for their continuous support, kindness and generosity. The family would also like to thank Dr. Joseph Chien and the nursing staff at Centenary Hospital, especially Diane Ringuette for her wonderful care and compassion. Visitation will be held at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough (east of Kennedy Rd.), on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 10 Washburn Way, Scarborough (east of Markham Rd.), on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Interment Christ the King Cemetery.
