Hansen’s Announces Educational Fund Recipients

New in 2014, we are pleased to introduce the Maire Campbell Memorial Education Fund and the Suzanne Payne Memorial Education Fund.

These two scholarship funds have been created to assist our employees and their children to reach their higher education goals and attain the most successful future possible for themselves.

Maire Campbell and Suzanne Payne were an integral part of Hansen’s growth and history.  With more than 20 years of experience each at Hansen’s, their work ethic and devotion to their children and grandchildren was unparalleled.

We felt there would be no better way to honour their memories than investing in the success and future of the children of Hansen's staff.

2014 Maire Campbell Memorial Education Fund - Karina Branje

Karina Branje has been accepted to Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, where she will earn her Bachelor of Arts majoring in Environment, Sustainability, and Society.

Karina is the daughter of our Toronto Dispatch Supervisor, Carol.

2014 Suzanne Payne Memorial Education Fund - Amber Wise

Amber Wise intends to graduate Cambrian College as a registered nurse and make a positive impact on her community and the lives of those in her care.

Amber is the daughter of Toronto owner/operator Lorne Wise.

Each of these young women will receive $5,000 to support their educational goals in 2014.
